What an AWESOME experience! This was a special trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary and it was so much more than I had imagined. Great hotel, great food, beautiful sights and sounds and the people of Venice were amazing! Thank you, Ramona, for putting it all together—you took fantastic care of us!

Booking with WeTravel wasn’t the greatest experience based off of our majority friends group dropping out and our travel agent always being busy and short with responses due to her traveling a lot and irritation with us for always making changes. However, An error was made for our entire trip from her. She accidentally booked our trip for the follow year dates we selected for this May calendar. It was completely devastating. Highly upsetting and aggravating due to our excitement for a 40th birthday trip celebration potentially gone wrong. How she fixed it was upgrading us to the beautiful breathless Montego Bay resort. However, breathless wasn’t all that great. We originally had plans to stay at the Riu Resort that we wanted. The upgrade wasn’t much of an upgrade. Breathless resort was overrated. Breathless room was dirty, there was 1-3 items broken in our room. The power went out 2x. The food wasn’t the best. We both got sick 1-2 days with throwing up food. There wasn’t that many parties or activities on our resort. We later learned our resort was for older couples looking to relax based off of other travelers opinions and staff too. People mentioned that we should have stayed at the Riu resort which we originally booked. The front desk asked us to consider a day pass of $50 to the Riu which was irritating because we should have stayed there originally as planned. The transportation was nice when we arrived to Jamaica and breathless greeted us excellent but overall we didn’t really enjoyed breathless even though it was an upgrade from our travel agent due to her mistake. We aren’t sure where we stand with booking through this agency again due to their error and our unsure feelings about breathless resort but we do thank the agency for the upgrade regardless of the outcome. The birthday person was excited to celebrate his 40th birthday so that’s all that matters. I do feel like our travel agent did her best. She even lost money with accommodating us for the upgraded resort due to the error made. Even though it wasn’t where we wanted to be, but overall we had a nice time and we appreciate all she did! She worked with us even through the mistake. Thanks again!

We had a great time! I can't wait to schedule my next trip! The resort was amazing, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! The whole experience from booking to returning home was great.
