We had a phenomenal time, and truly enjoyed staying at the Riu Aquarelle. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and the food was amazing. We went on many excursions from snorkeling to bamboo rafting, and made some unforgettable memories. We did encounter a hiccup at the very end of the trip when it came to getting a ride back to the airport. The transport company that was booked didn’t pick us up and we had to find alternative means. With that said, it didn’t dampen our spirits, and I would like to thank Ramona from the bottom of my heart for helping us out with that situation and booking the trip for us.

Our trip to the Bahamas on the Carnival Pride was relaxing. The food was delicious. The entertainment was great. I really appreciated how the staff from different departments took care of us by making sure our rooms was nice and clean. The chefs did a great job in preparing the meals. The servers in the dining room did a nice job in bringing out our meals. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Everyone deserves a great round of applause for their hard in making our vacation a memorable one.

The accommodations were beautiful, the wedding was phenomenal, the catamaran was super fun and the reception was a fairy tell experience! The trip was great. It was not as smooth as we would have liked with the delays from the airlines. There were some surprises, such as we had to pay for baggage. We didn't realize that it had to do with what ticket we purchased. The hotels and food on the Switzerland leg of the trip more than made up for it. Our transportation to and from the airport was on time and very helpful.
